Primary Cranial Vault Lymphoma Misdiagnosed as Atypical Meningioma: A Case Report

Primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the bone is an unusual presentation Hodgkin's lymphoma, with primary cranial vault (PCVL) being rarest lymphomas. We describe a case immunocompetent elderly patient new onset gait imbalance and cognitive delays. Brain imaging showed large extra-axial mass osseous invasion. An initial misdiagnosis meningioma led to delays in management. Further work up included brain magnetic resonance image showing right transcalvarial parietal mass. The was surgically removed, pathology revealed B-cell low-grade features thus establishing diagnosis PCVL. Management subtotal resection tumor followed by adjuvant radiation therapy. has achieved durable response for over year. Meningioma PCVL have similar clinical presentations. This report addresses differing tumors explores therapeutic options management
